Jurisprudence – Theories of private law
Abstract
Note drawing attention to the upsurge in interest, amongst British and American legal scholars, in the construction of general theories of private law. The author looks at the common law structure, notions of why theories arise, law and economics and ideas of corrective justice. Piece by Dr N. E.
