Settlement of disputes under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 I
Abstract
Two part article explaining the methods of settling disputes that may arise under the provisions of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, looking at the Ombudsman Scheme and then the Tribunal mechanism.
